You have a business to run. Consider it HANDLED.
Supplier won't refund you? Wrong charge? Cancellation ignored? Goods missing? Give us the problem. We contact them, chase them, escalate it and keep going.

What can we handle for you?
The things that steal half a day, ruin your mood and somehow require explaining the same story to six different departments.

Missing refund
They said the refund was coming. It did not. We chase it.

Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charges. We deal with them.

Cancellation ignored
You cancelled. They kept charging. Noted.

Not what you ordered? We pursue the return, replacement or refund.

Missing parcel
Paid for. Dispatched. Mysteriously absent.

Business broadband & telecoms
No service, wrong bill, endless transfers. Hand it over.

Failed business service
They did not deliver what they promised. We pursue it.
Get it handled →You tell us. We handle it.
Give us the mess
Tell us what happened. Upload the invoice, emails, screenshots or whatever you've got.
We build the case
We turn the mess into facts, evidence, deadlines and a clear definition of what “sorted” means.
We deal with them
Calls, emails, formal complaints, chasers and escalation. Calmly. Repeatedly. Properly.
We verify the result
A promise is not a result. We do not call it HANDLED until the agreed outcome actually happens.
A £480 refund that apparently joined the witness protection programme.
The provider said “5 to 7 working days”. Nineteen days later, nothing. HANDLED takes over the chasing, records every promise, escalates when deadlines expire and verifies that the money really arrived before closing the case.
Strongly worded email? Cute. We prefer an escalation path.
Before you hand it over
What exactly do you take over?
For an accepted case, we handle the defined supplier or service provider problem: the evidence, contact, chasing, formal complaint and escalation within the authority you give us.
Do I pay upfront?
For eligible cases, the intended launch model is a clearly agreed success fee rather than a subscription. Any third party, ADR or court costs are separate and require approval before they are incurred.
Can you guarantee the result?
No. Some providers are right, some cases lack evidence and some remedies require legal action. We agree the target outcome and the stop conditions before starting.
Are you a law firm?
No. HANDLED is a business resolution service. If a matter requires a reserved legal activity, it follows an appropriately authorised route rather than HANDLED pretending to be something it is not.
Stop chasing. Start running your business.
Give us the problem. We'll deal with them.
