Ordinary commercial problems that are too small for a solicitor, too annoying to ignore and take too long to keep chasing yourself.

They said the refund was coming. It did not. We chase it.

Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charges. We deal with them.

Not what you ordered? We pursue the return, replacement or refund.

What we do not take at launch

HANDLED is deliberately bounded. We are not trying to be a substitute solicitor, debt collection agency or regulated claims management firm.

Customer debt recovery is a separate product category, not the launch service.
Financial product, personal injury, employment and other regulated claim categories require a separately authorised route.
Live litigation, criminal allegations and complex professional negligence disputes are reviewed or referred rather than auto-accepted.
